The Role:


Backup home-care workers will play a vital role in my care team. They will provide essential support, ensuring that I receive uninterrupted care during unexpected staff absences. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.


Responsibilities:


- Fill in for regular staff during vacations, illnesses, or other absences

- Provide compassionate and personalized care

- Collaborate with my existing care team to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities

- Adhere to all policies, procedures, and quality standards


Requirements:


- Previous experience in home care or a related field preferred

- A genuine passion for helping others

- Flexibility to work on an as-needed basis

- Must be willing to work at least once every 90 days to stay active
